Grandeur was founded by Sari Jarrah and Hassan Sohail, two creatives who saw the same problem across the Balearic real estate market: extraordinary properties presented as ordinary listings. The gap between what a €5 million villa actually feels like and how it appears on Idealista, Rightmove or a printed brochure was widening every year.

We started Grandeur to close that gap. Not with another camera crew, but with a full media and digital agency built specifically for luxury real estate on the islands.

Our approach

We don’t just film houses. We frame the way of life that comes with them. Every property has a story before it becomes a sale, and our work exists to tell that story properly. From the first drone reveal to the last frame of the film, from the room-by-room gallery to the map of the surrounding area, our productions are designed to make a buyer feel the home before they ever step inside.

Who we work with

We collaborate with independent agents, boutique agencies, developers, private owners and international brokerages across Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca. Some of our clients are selling their family estate. Others are building a personal brand around their name as a realtor. Some are launching a new development and need the full brand direction, from naming to launch campaign.

Whatever the scope, our work sits at the intersection of film, digital and real estate.

The founders

Sari Jarrah

Sari Jarrah is a Barcelona-based creative director, videographer and licensed drone pilot with over a decade of experience across luxury travel, hospitality and real estate media. She leads the digital and creative strategy at Grandeur.

Hassan Sohail

Hassan Sohail is a filmmaker and creative director with a background in cinematic storytelling for brands, hotels and cultural institutions. He leads the film production side of Grandeur.

Together, we run a small, senior team focused entirely on doing this one thing well.
