Gold, stone and shade — a villa with its own website.
Camiral Golf, Mallorca side

Selva 25 is the clearest argument we have for the dedicated property website. The villa is rich in a way that photographs flatten — brushed gold, warm travertine, brass joinery and a palette that shifts hour by hour as the light moves across the interior. A portal listing reduces all of that to twelve thumbnails. So the property was given its own site instead, at thevillaselva.life, where the film, the gallery, the floor plans, the virtual tour and the surrounding area live behind a single link.
The house is organised around shade. Deep reveals, screened galleries and a long central spine keep the rooms dark and cool, which means the gold reads as depth rather than glare. Where most villas of this size push everything toward a single wall of glass, Selva 25 holds material back, then releases it: a stone stair, a brass-lined hallway, then the garden. Filming it required patience more than equipment.
Camiral sits in a different register from the coastal estates. It is green, ordered, quiet, built around golf and long avenues of pine, and the buyers drawn to it tend to be looking for a year-round house rather than an August one. That changes the story a shoot needs to tell — less about the beach at the end of the road, more about mornings, family space and the calm of the surrounding parkland.
We shot across two days with a small crew, opening with drone passes over the tree line while the air was still and finishing each day in the last forty minutes of sun, when the gold in the interior finally reaches full temperature. Everything captured then flowed straight into the website build, so the film, stills and virtual tour were designed as one experience rather than three separate deliverables.

Tell us about the property and we will come back with a scope, a shoot date and a plan for its own website.
