The best agents are no longer known for their listings. They are known for themselves — and they own the page that proves it.
In every market we work in, a small number of agents receive a disproportionate share of the enquiries, and it is rarely because they hold better stock. Stock circulates. What does not circulate is the person. The agents who compound are the ones buyers and sellers can name, and naming requires a brand that exists independently of any single listing.
That is the case for a personal site, separate from the agency's, separate from the portals: one address that is about you rather than about a property that will be sold in four months.
Why the listing page cannot do this job
A listing is temporary and shared. It disappears when the property sells, it carries the agency's branding, and it is designed to convert interest in a house rather than trust in a person. Every enquiry it produces belongs, in the buyer's memory, to the property.
A personal page inverts that. It is permanent, it is yours, and it answers the questions a seller actually has before handing over a five-million-euro instruction: who are you, what have you sold, which areas do you genuinely know, how do you market a property, and what will working with you feel like.
What belongs on it
A short cinematic introduction where you speak to camera, because a seller deciding between three agents is deciding between three people and video is the only medium that carries presence. A clear statement of your market — the specific towns and price bands, not the whole island. Recent work, shown properly rather than as a wall of logos. Proof: sales, testimonials, press, numbers you are willing to stand behind. Editorial headshots that look like you on a good working day rather than a corporate portrait. And one obvious way to start a conversation.
Then the part most agents skip: a rhythm. A brand that gets updated twice a year is a business card. The agents this works for are producing something monthly — a short on-camera piece about a neighbourhood, a walk-through of a new instruction, an honest note on where prices are going — and using the site as the place all of it lives.
One link, everywhere
The practical value is almost boringly simple. It is the link in your Instagram bio, in your email signature, in the WhatsApp introduction a client forwards to a friend, and on the back of the card you hand over at a viewing. Wherever your name travels, the page travels with it, and it is working in the hours you are not.
We build these as a standing service, and we treat them like property films: quiet, editorial, and made to be sent rather than admired.
